Indology

Indology is the academic study of the history and cultures, languages, and literature of the Indian subcontinent (most specifically the modern-day states of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal), and as such is a subset of Asian studies.

Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is that Yoga which treats of Kundalini Sakti, the six centres of spiritual energy (Shat Chakras), the arousing of the sleeping Kundalini Sakti and its union with Lord Siva in Sahasrara Chakra, at the crown of the head. This is an exact science. This is also known as Laya Yoga. The six centres are pierced (Chakra Bheda) by the passing of Kundalini Sakti to the top of the head. ‘Kundala’ means ‘coiled’. Her form is like a coiled serpent. Hence the name Kundalini.
Atman = lélek. Indriyas = Senses.

Siddhas (Seven Sages)
Siddhas were early age wandering adepts that dominated ancient Tamil teaching and philosophy, they were extensively knowledgeable in Science, Technology, Astronomy, Literature, Fine Arts, Music, Drama, Dance, and provided solutions to common people in their illness and advice for their future. Nadi in Tamil means "In Search of".

kígyó a testünkben
Tekercsként vagy tekergő kígyóként is szokták ábrázolni a kundalini energiát. Kígyók: The different varieties of s nakes that are found in the district are the ajgar or python (Python molurus), the dhaman or rate-snake (ptyas mucosus), the cobra (Naja naja), the krait (Bungarus casruleus) and water snake (Natrix piscator) . Two species of crocodiles found in the river Yamuna are the gharial (Gharialis gangeticus) and the magar or broad-snouted crocodile (crocodilus palustris).

Khanda
The classical name for India which is used in Sanskrit literature is Bharata-Varsha or Bharata-Khanda, after the name of Bharata who ruled over a large extent of territory in days of yore. Manu’s name for the whole central region between the Himalayas and the Vindhya mountains is Aryavarta, Abode of the Aryans.
Nem Kacha
Lord Narayan himself revealed Gita to Partha (Arjuna)... North of Delhi, in the state of Punjab, there is a vast barren land, known as Kurukshetra. To this day, this region is regarded as a holy place. Many pilgrims go there and take a dip in its lakes. Many wars have been fought in this place. It received its name as Kurukshetra from King Kuru.

Jatt világ

Skandahar
Kartikeya was son of Shiva and the brother of Ganesha. He is also known as Skanda. Skanda is believed to give name to the Jat gotra Sheokand and to the region Scandinavia.
Kalandozó cigányok - Juda jüt népe
Since the Jats were a branch of the "Sacae," called "Saxones" by Ptolemy, it is not surprising that they were still allied to the "Saxons" and called "Jutes" by the time they reached Europe and the British Isles. Note that the consonants of the words “Jats” and “Jutes” are identical.
Jats entered Scandinavia around 500 BCE and their leader was Odin. (Dva, Tri...)

A jat portások szerint a kapu (gate) népe India NW részéről áramlott északra gót (guanche?) néven. Bizonyára szanszkrit nyelven beszéltek eme gótok, ha egyszer az terjedt el északon.

"Rokonok"
Croats as Hrvati, Haravaitii, Arachosians or Sarasvatians, descendants of the ancient inhabitants of the Harauti province & the Haravaiti or Sarasvati River. Their mention on legendary inscriptions of Darius the Great. Croatian flag based on the chessboard, Croatian religion derived from primordial Iranic Sun-worship. Common origin of Croats and Serbs. Their relations with the Sarmatians, Saura Matii or Surya Madas, the Solar Medes. False claims of The Indian Express refuted. Scythian or Saka origin of Jats. Consequent commmon origin of Jats, Croats and Serbs. Genetic proof for the same is presented.

Mint látjuk, a Hor-vadi népe, kiknek neve a behistuni sziklán olvasható, rokonságban lehet a szerb és a jat néppel. Mondjuk, az "R1a" y hg valóban közös eredetre utal..

Árják?
The Jat people are considered to be the merged descendants of Indo-Aryans, Indo-Scythian tribes of the region, merging to form the Jat people.
Gót, guti, gaeta - A kapu vagy a koponyák népe?
The Goths (Gothic: Gutans) were an East Germanic tribe who from the 2nd century settled Scythia, Dacia and Pannonia. In the 3rd and 4th centuries, they harried Byzantium and later adopted Arianism. In the 5th and 6th centuries, split into the Visigoths and the Ostrogoths, they established powerful follower-states of the Roman Empire in Iberia and Italy. Scholars have suggested that the Greco-Latin variant of "Goth" is "Getae".
On the Issue of the word "Goth" Professor Waddell of the University of London remarked, " the First Dynasty of Egypt repeatedly call themselves In their official documents and seals "Gut" And early Sumerian Dynasties In Mesopotamia (modern Iraq) called themselves Guti or Goti

Kandahar - Afganistan
It is the capital of Kandahar Province, located in the south of the country at an altitude of 1,010 m above sea level. The Arghandab River runs along the west of the city.
Kr.e. 5000-ben már mezőgazdasági település, egyike a legősibb lakott helyeknek. A város 4 negyedre van osztva: Duranis, Ghilzais, Parsiwans és Kakuris.
Gandhära was the ancient name of the present valley of Peshäwar. There is no doubt that the name Gandhära is synonymous with Kandahar — kan/Kam (meaning water) and da/dhä (lake, sea, pool etc.) (see Monier-Williams 1899: 250). When the word hära/här is added to it, it would obviously mean "Lake-land".
Hare Krishna.. Old English haer "hair, a hair," from Proto-Germanic *khaeran (cf. Old Saxon, Old Norse, Old High German har, Old Frisian her, Dutch and German haar "hair"). HAR-MAGEDON? A "H" néhol névelőként is szerepel. Gandh, derived from Gandhar also means a sweet, nice smell. Lásd: Kandírozott. PIE words: kand (wall) and har (mountain, or stone). Bizonyára har-moniában éltek a lakók, ahol a sok har-lot (hegyi látó?) pengette a harp-ot. Middle Persian *kndk' (kandak, kandag) = ditch/árok. (Emlékezzünk! Máshol az "árok=ark".)

Hárfa: Elképzelhetően nem a magyar fa/tree,wood variációja, hanem inkább az ARPA=Hold forma után elnevezve. Bár a finneknél is harp-pu, s a "pu" szabályos módosulata a "fa" szavunknak egyes nyelvészek szerint. Lásd: f > p.

Kand
According to oral traditions, the name derives from the word Kand meaning wall (in Punjabi, and also Saraiki spoke by Hindus of the region who might have migrated from Multan area). This suits well with the high/massive fortifications (the site of numerous wars between Moghul and Persian emperors) and the topography of the area.
Till recently, the area had a flourishing Hindu-Sikh community and virtually all have been ethnically cleansed in recent times by Islamists. The Hindu-Sikh refugees now live in Delhi (many of them my erstwhile neighbors) who speak Pashto or Jatki languages, or have emigrated to other places like Germany.
What are the ancient sources (in Sanskrit, Pali and Greek) say about the placename, Kandahar in Afghanistan? Is it related with Skanda whom the southerners worship as Murukan? Scandinavia and Jutland were founded by Asiagh Jats and they were known as Asii at that time.
H. W. Bailey, The culture of the Sakas in ancient Iranian Khotan, gives a different meaning to kandahAr. "First as to Habitations. The city is called kantha-, a word widely found in the Iranian area to the present day as in the kand and kent of Yar-kand and Tash-kent, and in use in Ossetic of the last century as känt for building. It is basically Iranian. From the time of Alexander of Macedon it has been familiar in the city name of Marakanda, the later Samar-kand, in Zor. Pahl. swmlknd, Arab and Persian samar-qand (replaced in Turkish by samïz-qand). The word kantha- became known to the India grammarian Panini of Salatura in the fourth or third century B.C. in North-West India..." The name Kandahar is derived from GAndhAra, it first appears in a Persian manuscript of the thirteenth century. The word kantha- is found in Sogdian kndh *kantha-, later kath and kand. Balochi has kept kant as a word for a village. Lásd még Szum-el-kand és Sa Maria, de a turk etimológia is érdekes: The name of the city Samarkand has etymology traced from the Avestan Zmar-kanta hidden under ground, or the Sogdian Smara-kanta stone’city [Tremblay, 2004, p. 130-131].. Az "anda" jelenthet vándor-t és tojás-t is. Például Sam-ark-anda, szabad fordításban "ellenőrök".

Hunza video. This is a short documentary about Hunza valley and suburb tribes (Kalash, Pamiri, Burusho) that apparently are the descendants of Alexander the great's army, the ancient Macedonian tribe from ancient Illyria, Balkans. A hunzák között szintén megfigyelhető a hun diadém egyszerűsített változata. Hasonlóképpen a szőke haj és a világos szem is. A hunzák hosszú életűek és ismerik a borotvát. A hosszú szakállúak nem hunzák. Hun diadémok az Alpoktól a Balkhas tóig kerültek elő, illetve egyszerűbb formái Skandináviától Pakisztánig terjedő területről.

Amol
Such an amol was a clan-owned house where the (only temporary) clan-priest (münt) was allowed to live and provide religious services in the name of respective clan tutelary deities, mostly goddesses. Free-standing effigies of them served as cult figures set up and dressed up for the cultic occasion. They were shown seated on goats or stools, but the supreme deity, Mara, was represented on horseback. Most of the posts inside the amol also showed figures of deities.

Pak isten földje - Ornitológia. (Pak=bird=madár)
The name Pakistan literally means "Land of the Pure" in Urdu and Persian. It was coined in 1933 as Pakstan by Choudhry Rahmat Ali, a Pakistan Movement activist, who published it in his pamphlet Now or Never.
Más variáció szerint a II. vh előtt brit gyarmatként létezett területen elszakadási törekvések voltak. A Cambridge-i egyetemre járók! már 1933-ban kibocsátottak egy pamfletet PAKISTAN név első említésével. Punjab, Afghania [North-West Frontier Province], Kashmir, Iran, Sindh, Tukharistan, Afghanistan, and Balochistan. Az első betüket összeolvasva szinte kijön az országnév.. It means the land of the Paks.

Pak isten kettő - Szent hely
While Pak is a Persian word, which mans holy/ pure/ clean, the word Istan is from the word isthan, which is a Hindi word meaning a place. For example ‘Janum Isthan’ means the place of birth.

the language flow has been both ways from India to the Middle East and visa versa and continues to this day to the utter dismay of purist Arabic speakers. Incidentally, "bas" meaning "enough" (basta!) is a recent import from India and so is "seedha". The Arabic equivalent is "fakat". There are a whole lot of those words including, kursi, dukkan, kitab, kalam etc.

Nadi Astrology - the most accurate mode of revealing life, is a prime school of thought in Vedic astrology. According to Nadi Astrology, Lord Siva, the prime God in the belief of trinity in Hinduism, pleased with the siddhas (Seven Sages) devotion, blessed them with some exclusive powers. He gave them the incredible ability to read and know the past, present and future of people. They etched their immense knowledge in palm leaves called Nadis. Nadi in Tamil means "In Search of". The word kunnu means hill in Malayalam language. Literally, Kodikkunnu Temple would thus mean the temple situated on top of the hill called “Kodi”. The temple has nada (holy entrance) from 3 directions, viz., north, east and west. The younger sister shifted to Kodungallur where blood sacrifices were a common ritual until the recent past. And the two sisters are still angry with the other sister that they have closed their temple doors that face towards Kodungallur. So in Kanakkarkavu and Kodikkunnu Temple there is no thekke nada (entrance from south).
